2009 Heart of Dayton Award Honoree: Thomas G. Thornton, MD Please join the physicians and staff of MVC in congratulating Dr. Thornton, recipient of the American Heart Association’s 2009 Heart of Dayton Award. The award ceremony will take place at the 2009 Heart Gala Thursday November 6, 2008. For information on the Gala, please contact Ellen Duncil at 937-853-3102. MVC Physicians and Staff congratulate Dr. Pacenta on being installed as Chief of Staff of Miami Valley Hospital. As Chief of Staff, Dr. Pacenta is the Chief Administrative Officer of the Medical Staff and serves as the Chair of the Executive Committee. He is also member of the Board of Trustees.
